Where conversation spans everything from menstruation to learning to love yourself, Wholeheartedly Her aims to encompass women’s health and empowerment.

Hi! I’m Alexia…
a student at St. Olaf College pursuing Nursing with concentrations in Public Health, Gender and Sexuality Studies, and Race and Ethnic Studies. While I may not be a health expert (yet), I’ve always been deeply passionate about helping others and fascinated by the intricate world of science and healthcare. Wholeheartedly Her is my passion project; a space where I explore the multifaceted world of women’s health through the lens of my own experiences, questions, and curiosities as a woman.
Have you ever caught yourself wondering: Should I really be taking these multivitamins? Why do I feel so insecure every time I’m on my period? Why is my skin breaking out again? Or, what’s the science behind women living longer than men? Same here! These are the kinds of questions that sparked my desire to create a platform where no topic is too taboo and no question is too small.
Women’s health and empowerment should be more than a whisper. That’s why this space isn’t just about addressing the big topics like maternal mortality or breast cancer (though we’ll absolutely dive into those), but also about the everyday moments: understanding our bodies, managing mental health, embracing self-care, and celebrating the strength and resilience of women everywhere.
This is a community where you can learn, laugh, and feel seen. Whether you’re here for science-backed insights, relatable stories, or just a supportive voice in your corner, I’m thrilled to have you join me on this journey. Together, let’s learn and foster understanding–wholeheartedly!
Join the Journey!
Stay curious, stay kind, and take care of you.
Wholeheartedly Her
